Green Light is a UK payment system only and so I won’t go into it too much as there are better systems if you want to sell worldwide and increase your potential customer base.  One, if not the only, advantage is that the system can incorporate debit and credit cards as well as SMS and phone.  For a £1.50 item you get £0.87 which is a 58% payout ratio in comparison to DaoPay which has a 5% payout for the UK.

The website looks good and for a UK only based website it may be an option but there just isn’t enough coverage for it to be the mobile payment choice for online merchants looking to sell to a wide audience.
